Returns & Refunds

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Custom-built products, special orders, clearance items, and installed products are not eligible for return unless approved under warranty.
Refunds are issued after inspection.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Customers must report damaged or incorrect orders within seven days of delivery.
